Simples & Frescas, Lda is a family-owned company producing and selling vegetables, based in Ribamar Portugal and a warehouse in São Bartolomeu dos Galegos, Portugal. Founded in 2006, Simples & Frescas, Lda is a recent company but has over 30 years of experience in the field.

We are a company with a 50-hectare production area, where we grow a variety of crops including Pointed Cabbage, Savoy Cabbage, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Portuguese Cabbage, Leek, Butternut Squash, Muscat Pumpkin, and Sweet Potato. We have partnered with a group of producers who share our vision and collectively cultivate over 200 hectares of land. Our policy is to maintain a symbiotic relationship between the producer, seller, and customer, ensuring the success and sustainability of all stakeholders.

To ensure the year-round availability of our products, we have around 3 hectares of covered area for storing our dry products.

In addition to prioritizing good agricultural practices, we also maintain Global G.A.P certification. This is a crucial aspect of our company’s policy and is incorporated into several of our work processes, from cultivating and maintaining crops to packaging, shipping, and selling our products to the final consumer.

We work with domestic clients as well as export to various European countries, including Spain, England, France, Holland, Italy, among others.
